Definition and Description
LED Performance Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "This Agreement") is an agreement between User (hereinafter referred to as "User" or you) and LED Performance, and LED Performance will provide services to you in accordance with the contents set forth in this Agreement. Please carefully read and fully understand the contents of the terms. If you do not agree with any of the terms of this Agreement or the subsequent modification of the terms of this Agreement, please do not use LED Performance and related services. Your use shall be deemed as a full acceptance of all terms of this Agreement.
LED Performance provides you with the following services, including but not limited to:
LED Performance platform: LED Performance website www.ledsteeringwheel.com and client;
Servers and network storage space directly owned or operated by LED Performance;
All kinds of value-added services provided by LED Performance;
Other technologies and/or services provided to you by LED Performance.
Account registration, use and cancellation

LED Performance and related services provide you with a registration channel. You have the right to choose a legal character combination as your account and set your own password that meets the security requirements. The account and password set by the user are used by the user to log in to and use LED Performance and related services.
You understand and promise, and you can set the account shall not be in violation of state laws and LED the Performance of the rules, not to implement any infringes upon the lawful rights and interests, national interests, damage other citizens harmful behavior of social morality, your account name, avatar and profile may not appear in the registered information and other personal information such as illegal information, Without the permission of others, it is not allowed to open accounts in other people's names (including but not limited to using other people's names, names, names, portraits and other ways to cause confusion), and it is not allowed to maliciously register LED Performance accounts (including but not limited to frequent registration, batch registration and other acts). LED Performance reserves the right to review the information you submit. During account registration and use, you must comply with the "Seven Bottom lines" of laws and regulations, socialist system, national interests, legitimate rights and interests of citizens, social and public order, moral fashion and information authenticity.
In registration, use and management account, you should guarantee the authenticity of the identity of the registered account to fill in information, please you in the registration and management account with a true, accurate, legal, effective certificate of relevant materials and necessary information (including your name and email address, phone number, address, etc.), if the laws and regulations have special provisions of the state, You need to fill in the real identity information, please complete the real name authentication in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, so that we can contact you when necessary or provide you with better services, and pay attention to timely update the above information. If the materials you submit or information you provide are inaccurate, untrue, illegal or we have reason to suspect that they are wrong, false or illegal, you may not be able to use LED Performance or services, or some functions may be restricted during use.

Your account is for your own use only. You are not allowed to give, borrow, rent, transfer, sell or otherwise permit others to use your account without written consent of LED Performance. If LED Performance discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that the User is not the original registrant of the Account, LED Performance has the right to immediately suspend or terminate the services provided to the registered account, or cancel the account, for the sake of account security.
You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your personal account and password, and assume all legal liabilities for the activities you engage in in the name of your registered account, including but not limited to all legal liabilities that may be caused by any data modification, speech publication, payment and other operations you perform in LED Performance and related services. You should attach great importance to the confidentiality of your account number and password, and under no circumstances should you disclose your account number and password to others. You should immediately notify LED Performance of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
If you lose your account or forget your password, you can appeal to LED Performance for your account or password back in time. You understand and acknowledge that the password recovery mechanism of LED Performance only needs to identify the consistency between the information on the petition form and the system records, and cannot identify whether the complainant is a real account authorized user. LED Performance specifically reminds you to keep your account number and password safe. When you finish using, you should exit safely. If your account is stolen or password is lost due to your own reasons such as improper storage or other irresistible factors, you will bear the corresponding responsibilities.
LED Performance will not be liable for account theft or loss caused by malicious attacks by others, your own reasons or other uncontrollable factors.
If LED Performance restricts your use of all or part of the functions of your account in accordance with this Agreement and relevant rules, you may incur certain losses. You understand that such losses shall be borne by you and LED Performance shall not be liable.
In addition to registering your own LED Performance account, you can also authorize your legally owned user accounts including but not limited to LED Performance and/or other software user accounts of its affiliates, as well as real-name registered third-party software user accounts to log in to USE LED Performance and related services. However, restrictions or prohibitions on third-party software or platforms are excluded. When you log in and use the aforementioned existing account, you should ensure that the corresponding account has been registered with real name, and the relevant provisions of this Agreement are also applicable.
You understand and agree that, in addition to your login and use of LED Performance and related services, you can also use your LED Performance account to log in to other software and services provided by LED Performance and its affiliates or partners. When you log in to and use the aforementioned services under LED Performance account, you will be bound by the User Agreement and other terms of the agreement of the actual provider of the aforementioned services.
Identity elements are the basis of our identification of your identity, please be sure to keep it properly. The operation and instruction given by using the identity element shall be deemed to have been made by you. If your account, password and other information is falsely used, embezzled or illegally used for your own reasons, you shall bear the risks and losses caused thereby. You agree that we may adopt different authentication measures to identify you based on different terminals and your usage habits.
You understand and agree that, in order to make full use of account resources, LED Performance has the right to withdraw your account nickname if you fail to log in to use your account for the first time after registration or fail to log in to use your account for more than one consecutive year.
The cancellation
You have the right to apply to LED Performance for account cancellation. After you cancel your LED Performance account, you will no longer be able to log in and use LED Performance and related services with this account, and LED Performance will also stop providing our products and services to you under this account. Once the LED Performance account is logged out, it cannot be restored. Please think carefully before you cancel.
If you decide that you need to cancel your LED Performance account, you have fully understood and confirmed that you will no longer have the rights and interests related to the account after cancellation, including but not limited to:
After you cancel your account, you will no longer be able to log in, use LED Performance or related services with this account;
After your account is cancelled, all content, information, data and records that you have logged in to, used LED Performance and related services through this account will be deleted or anonymized, and you can no longer search, access, obtain, use or retrieve, including but not limited to: account information (avatar, nickname, signature, etc.) and binding information;
After the account is cancelled, the transaction record of the account will be cleared and cannot be restored.
You agree to give up the account's accrued but unconsumed interests and expected future interests in LED Performance and related services by way of account cancellation.
After account cancellation, LED Performance reserves the right to stop providing users with any services related to the account;
Before you apply to us for cancellation of LED Performance account, in order to protect your account security and property rights, you need to check and ensure that the account you apply for cancellation has met the following conditions, including but not limited to:
The account is registered by the user through official channels and complies with this Agreement and relevant provisions; And your own account number;
Deregister operations in accordance with the prescribed deregister procedures;
The account is in a secure state, including: not in the state of applying for retrieving the password or modifying the mobile phone number; No complaints or reports that have not been dealt with; Other unsafe/abnormal conditions;
There is no outstanding transaction in the account;
Other conditions to be met.
Once the LED Performance account is cancelled, the relevant user agreement and other compulsory documents of rights signed between you and us will be terminated (except those which have been agreed to continue to take effect or otherwise stipulated by law). At the same time, you acknowledge and agree that the cancellation of your account does not lessen or relieve you of your liability under applicable laws, regulations, agreements, rules, etc. during the term of this Agreement.
Intellectual property rights
All contents on LED Performance and related services, including but not limited to works, pictures, files, information, materials, website architecture, website layout and web design, are legally owned by LED Performance or its affiliates, including but not limited to trademark rights, patent rights, Copyrights and trade secrets.
Do not apply, modify, reverse compile, copy, publicly disseminate, change, distribute, distribute or publicly publish the content related to LED Performance and services without the written consent of LED Performance or its affiliates.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing by you and LED Performance, nothing in these Terms of Service grants you the right to use any trade name, trademark, service mark, logo, domain name or other distinctive brand features of LED Performance.
It is your obligation to respect your intellectual property rights. If you breach it, you will be liable for damages.
You understand and agree that all texts, pictures, videos and audio posted and uploaded during the use of LED Performance and related services are original or legally authorized by you. The intellectual property rights of any content you upload or publish through LED Performance belong to you or the original copyright owner. If any third party raises any objection about copyright or other legitimate rights and interests, LED Performance reserves the right to delete the relevant content according to the actual situation and hold you liable. You shall be responsible for full compensation for any loss caused to LED Performance or any third party.
Privacy protection
LED Performance fully respects the protection of users' personal information. LED Performance's Privacy Policy describes how LED Performance handles your personal information when you use LED Performance and related services. By using LED Performance and related services, you agree that LED Performance can process the information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
LED Performance VIP Membership Auto-Renewal Service Agreement
Welcome to the LED Performance VIP Membership Auto-Payment Service. By selecting "Agree" to the "LED Performance VIP Membership Auto-Payment Service Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement"), you acknowledge and commit to complying with the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to any content of this Agreement, please immediately cease using the auto-payment service. LED Performance has the right to continuously modify and improve this Agreement and various rules according to legal regulations and reasonable operational needs, and to announce them on the LED Performance official website (https://www.incarbonfiber.com). If you continue to use this service, it means that you agree to and voluntarily comply with the modified Agreement, or you have the right to terminate use.
1. For the LED Performance VIP Membership (hereinafter referred to as "Membership") quarterly membership benefits service type, if you have activated this service as a member, when your membership benefits period is about to expire, LED Performance will deduct the fee for the next service period from the balance of your bound payment account at the current price of the membership benefits you purchased.
2. The auto-renewal service currently supports binding APPLE ID (iOS platform) or Google ID (Android platform) as third-party payment accounts.
3. Auto-renewal refers to the method by which LED Performance automatically collects the fee for the next service period of the member through the bound payment account. If the renewal fails due to insufficient balance in the account, you will bear the consequences of the payment failure. The renewal fee will be deducted 24 hours before the expiration of the service period you paid for, and the payment will be recorded in the member's payment record, and the service period will be extended accordingly.
4. If you have activated the auto-renewal service and have purchased annual or other membership benefits, you will not be able to purchase other membership benefits.
5. You can view the status of the auto-renewal at any time in the user management interface, unbind the bound auto-renewal payment account, and can reselect the auto-renewal service type and payment account.
6. If you wish to cancel the auto-renewal, you should perform the operation at least 24 hours before the end of each billing cycle to avoid being charged. You can do so by following these steps:
A. APPLE ID: Go to the phone's [Settings] >> [iTunes Store & App Store] >> select >> [Apple ID] >> click [View Apple ID] >> in the account settings page, click [Subscription Management] > cancel the subscription for LED Performance VIP Membership.
7. You understand and agree that if the service price is adjusted during or before the auto-renewal, the current effective price shall prevail.
8. You understand and agree that LED Performance does not charge any fees for members to activate this service, but LED Performance has the right to decide whether to charge for this service itself or adjust the auto-renewal cycle and fees based on business needs or market changes, and to publicize them to members on relevant pages.
9. This service takes effect from the time you choose to accept or use it and terminates when the member terminates this service or cancels the membership qualification.
